The Russian's national communication authority and regulator decided to ban telegram communication in its state due to the refusal of access decryption keys to private messages. Tech Giant, a host of telegram denied when the communication agency of the state asked to provide back keys to all its encrypted messages. But a  host was so worried about the privacy of the users and people wont use their software for the means of communications and it needed to deny state agency order. Telegram, a registered communication service in the US and UK refuses itself to got registered within Russia. Roskomnadzor, the russian's state communication authority and regulator claimed in the court and attempts to block access telegram service within russia. Roskomnadzor also notices for the future terrorism plans can be executed via this service.
